Marinade For Beef Tenderloin Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 c. cool coffee
- 1 c. Major Grey's chutney, minced fine or possibly I will heat down jelly or possibly use a sweet salad dressing
- 2-3 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Directions
- Mix together. Place tenderloin (approximately 5 to 6 pounds) in plastic bag. Pour over marinade. Seal bag. Place in refrigerator overnight, turning bag several times.
