This is not your traditional mango salad recipe. I had a few ingredients around and decided to combine them into one salad. The combination of the black beans, creamy avocado and sweet mangoes are delicious.

  • 1 14.5 oz. Can of Black Beans
  • 1 Mango- Washed, Peeled, and Cut into Cubes
  • 1 Avocado-Cut into Cubes
  • Cilantro or Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped
  • 1-2 Limes
  • Salt to Taste


  1. Combine the black beans, mango, avocado, and cilantro (or parsley) with lime juice. Salt to taste.
