  • 4 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 2 x Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Ancho pwdr
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all vinaigrette ingredients except extra virgin olive oil, and blend till smooth. While the motor is still running, slowly add in extra virgin olive oil in a thin stream till vinaigrette is emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
