- 1/2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh lemon grass or possibly lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 x garlic clove, chopped
