Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Arrange fillets in a ceramic or possibly glass baking dish just large sufficient to hold them in one layer. Mince garlic and in a small bowl combine with lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Whisk in oil till emulsified and pour vinaigrette over fish. Bake fish in middle of oven till just cooked through and no longer translucent/soft, 5 to 7 min.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
