Directions

  1. Cube potatoes
  2. Cut carrots (peel and rinse)
  3. add lemon juice
  4. S & P stir well
  5. Transfer to a non stick baking dish, add veggie broth
  6. Place into a 375 F hot oven and bake (undisturbed) 35 minutes
  7. Serve and enjoy!
