Hot Artichoke And Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can (8 1/2 ounce.) artichoke hearts (packed in water, liquid removed)
- 1 jar (6 ounce.) marinated hearts, liquid removed
- 1 can (4 ounce.) sliced green chilies
- 6 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips
Directions
- Chop the artichokes, mix and distribute proportionately over the bottom of a well greased shallow 2 qt baking dish. Scatter the chilies on top, then carefully spread the mayonnaise over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and chill.
- Heat at 350 degrees till warm and bubbly, 15 min. If refrigerated ahead of time, heat for 30 min. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
