  • 6 ounce. carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. diced onion (less, more or possibly none at all)
  • 10 ounce. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter, softened

Directions

  1. Slightly thaw potatoes; mix thoroughly with cream soup, cheese and butter. Bake till heated through, 35 min or possibly more at 350 degrees.
