  1. Heat butter in skillet, saute/fry onion, add in rest of ingredients. Heat all together. Put hash browns in 9"x13" pan. Pour warm mix on top of hash browns. Sprinkle top with 2 c. crushed corn flakes mixed with 1 stick melted butter.
