  • 2 pound bag hash browns
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 sm. container lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Or cream of celery soup
  • 3 c. cheese total use 1 c. mozzarella & 2 c. cheddar
  • 1 c crushed corn flakes
  • 2 T butter, melted

Directions

  1. Prepare a well greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
  2. Mix hash browns with all the above ingredients except corn flakes and butter.
  3. Put into the baking dish, top with corn flakes mixed with melted butter.
  4. Bake for 45 to 60 min at 350 degrees.
