Ingredients

  • 2 quart. lowfat milk
  • 1 pound sugar (2 1/4 c.)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 quart. water

Directions

  1. Bring to boil then add in 1 lb. rice (2 1/8 c.). Stir and cook for 30 min or possibly till thick. Beat 4 Large eggs with some water (about 2 c. liquid). Remove pudding from heat. Add in egg mix and bring back to a boil. Pour into pan(s). Sprinkle with cinnamon.
