Ingredients
- 10-woden sticks
- 10-firm Bananas
- 4-cups very good Dark Chocolate
- Granola
- Coconut
- Cookie Crumbs
- Nuts
- Granola.
Directions
- With peel still on cut off about 1"off the bottom of each banana
- push a wooden stick in the bottom of each one
- peel banana and place in individual zip lock bag and place in the freezer at least 4-6 hrs
- Melt chocolate in microwave slowly as not to scorch
- Dip each banana quickly and roll in your topping of choice
- Leave some plain
- put back in clean dry zip lock bags and store in the freezer till ready to serve
