  2. ADD FLOUR TO MAKE A LITE CRUST
  3. RANCH SEASONING MIX IT ALL UP AND PUT IN ZIP LOCK BAG. YOU CAN USE A EGG WASH OR DRY. COAT FISH AND FRY AT 300 DEG. TILL FISH FLOTES.
