Favorite Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
I had been buying prepackaged shakes to drink after my workouts for breakfast to have on my way to work. With the Clean Eating focus I shifted gears and started making my own. This is one of my favorites. Adding the spinach is new, I had not been able to do it with veggies when I tried Kale but I really like spinach so I started with just a half cup and now am up to a cup and a half and sometimes more. The ice cubes make it into more of a shake which I love because I make it before I go to the gym and put in this insulate cup (in 2nd pic) and keep it in the car until after. Now that it is getting warmer I will have to bring my little cooler.
