Directions

  1. Coat meat with flour and saute/fry in fat with celery and onion till browned. Place the remainder of the ingredients (excepting the tomatoes) in blender and blend for 3 min when the sauteing is going on, then add in to the meat mix along with the tomatoes. Simmer for 2 to 3 hrs.
  2. Serve over rice with any or possibly all of the following condiments: Chutney, sliced green onions, minced peanuts, sieved Large eggs, crisp crumbled bacon, sauteed bananas, pineapple wedges, India Relish and warm tea.
