Chicken Adobo by John SpottiswoodMy father-in-law, who is an excellent cook, made this for us last week. I really can't imagine an easier recipe...and gives an amazing return for very little effort. I've never had whole pieces of chicken made adobo style before, but it was excellent. This is also very kid friendly. One of our sons ate 4 drumsticks! |
