Dry Rub Hot Wings by Malcom ReedThis is my favorite hot wing recipes. You can use either fresh or frozen wing sections or whole wings. If the wings are frozen, thaw the wings overnight in the fridge. A good tip here is to leave the wings in their original bag but place them in a large bowl because they will leak. |

Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken by John SpottiswoodThis is a simple and tasty summer grilled chicken recipe. We usually cook this with legs or thighs, but it goes well with chicken breast too. Consider doubling the recipe as it is even better the next day. We used left overs of this chicken to make the chicken noodle soup I posted recently. |

BBQ Chicken Cordon Bleu by B InnesLong ago I found one little trick to making cordon bleu that's quite simple. Instead of wrapping the ham and cheese in a butterflied and pounded chicken breast, cut a pocket into the breast and using a piece of very thinly sliced ham that will be large enough to completely envelope the cheese. Wrap it around the cheese and then fold… |

Grilled Chicken Hawaiian Sliders by victoria jonesA wonderful dish packed full of flavor. These sliders can be served as appetizers or as a meal. I got this recipe from Tyson Chicken and ended up cutting a lot of corners in order to save time and money of ingredients I did not have on hand. I did not measure ingredients because I was just playing around, trying to make this recipe… |

Spatchcocked Chicken with Jerk Seasoning Paste by Robyn MedlinSpatchcocked is really just a funny way of saying grilled butterflied chicken. Much like you need to butterfly a cornish game hen (which is a small chicken) so it will lay flat on the grill, you need to do the same with a whole chicken. Removing the backbone allows the bird to lay flat so the bird can cook more evenly on the grill.… |

Jerk Chicken by Foodiewife"Jerk" spice originates from Jamaica. Jerk refers to a way that a meat, (chicken, beef, pork, goat, fish, vegetables or fruit is seasoned and cooked). With this recipe, chicken is marinaded in in a thick sauce that includes the traditional allspice. Instead of using more traditonal Scotch Bonnet peppers (way hot!) this marinade is… |

The BBQ Sauce Lovers Grilled BBQ Chicken Mini Pizzas by Robyn MedlinI’ve had barbecue sauce on the brain lately. Probably because I get sent a lot of BBQ sauce and I’m always trying to incorporate it into new recipes. But when smoking something, I usually like to make my own sauce. So, what to do with all that lovely BBQ sauce? Make BBQ chicken pizza, of course. This pizza calls for 3 rounds of BBQ… |

Chinese Green Tea and Lemon Chicken by SmokinhotchefI created a recipe using loose Chinese Green Tea and lemon as the primary flavor builder for grilled chicken leg quarters. The end product was a subtly flavored and citrus scented bird with lots of smoky infusion and a cacophonous blend of earthy tones. Using this tea as a marinade, helps to infuse the chicken with the boundless… |
