- 1 pkt Rapid Rise Yeast
- 1 3/4 c. Bread Flour
- 1 1/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 c. Wheat Bran
- 4 tsp Wheat Gluten
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margerine
- 2 Tbsp. Egg Substitute
Directions
- Place all ingredients; at room tewmperature, in B/M in order listed. Start machine and enjoy when finished.
