Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain spinach and heat in oil; saute/fry mushrooms till golden and set aside. Add in onion and garlic; cook till soft.
  2. Combine yogurt, flour in bowl and add in spinach, mushrooms, onion and remaining ingredients; mix and pour into 8 inch pie plate. Bake 40 min.
