  • 1 pound grnd turkey or possibly beef, browned
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 6 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced thin
  • 1/3 c. grated onion
  • 6 carrots, peeled & cut in half lengthwise

Directions

  1. Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish in oven. Brown meat and add in cream of mushroom soup. Slice potatoes and line the bottom of the baking dish; top with meat mix. Sprinkle onion over all, then lay carrots on top. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Potatoes should be very brown and crisp. Makes 6 servings.
