Creamy Strawberry Cooler Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 c. ice cubes
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp. no-sugar-added strawberry jam
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 fresh strawberries (optional)
Directions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process till smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with strawberries, if you like.
