Cranberry Pecan Salad Recipe
Spring mix with pecans, cranberries, feta and grilled chicken
Ingredients
- 2 cups Lettuce
- 1/4 cup Pecans
- 1 Tbs Cranberries
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbs Vinaigrette dressing
- 2 oz Grilled Chicken, sliced
Directions
- Toss all ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
- Enough for 2 small salads or one large salad.
