This is a recipe I've made for many, many years. Quick and easy to make and low in calories.

  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 4 Tablespoons Italian-Style Dried Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In Ziploc bag combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika. Shake well.
  3. Tenderize chicken.
  4. Dip each breast in mixture to coat all sides.
  5. Place chicken on baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes.
