Hala Kahiki Chili - Pineapple Chili

Hala Kahiki Chili - Pineapple Chili by Denise Sherin

Hala Kahiki means Pineapple, this is a tropical pineapple chili. It's a nice change from regular chili. It sweet and tangy. My son still eats it with tortilla chips but King's Hawaiian sweet rolls are nice with this recipe.

Spicy (no bean) Chili

Spicy (no bean) Chili by "Cheffie Cooks"

Many family members love this chili and I make it for them to take home. They are not fans of beans (kidney) but love the chili flavor, thickness and spiciness.

Asian-Style Spicy Beef Chili

Asian-Style Spicy Beef Chili by jason kim

Our hearty and semi-healthy chili is back on the menu with a slightly different twist. After the cooler than expected temperatures, which is a big "hooray" for me because this signals the end of my seasonal allergies, we decided to make another variation with an Asian flair.
