Tallerine Casserole by Salad FoodieTallerine, talerine, tallerini...I’ve no idea of the spelling or origin of this vintage casserole but it remains a crowd pleaser yet today. I’ve tweaked my 70's recipe somewhat ~ it’s one of those recipes that adapts easily to variations. |

Old Fashion Chicken Tetrazzini by J. Gino GenovesiChicken Tetrazzini has been around for many years; a good hardy and very nourishing meal for both the small and large family. Sunday Supper Tamale Pie by myra byankaOne dish supper for Tex-Mex lovers. A CES poster made this with Jiffy, and said it was too sweet. I agree, so if you use Jiffy, mix it up, taste a bit, and add Tabasco or pepper to taste. This balances the sweetness, but does not add more salt. |

Scalloped Potatoes & Ham by Patti FisherThis was a great, homey, comfort food recipe. We love ham because there’s so many ways to use the leftovers…and there’s always leftovers. Patti said no problem and added bacon and broccoli to make it tastier and a bit healthy. Our Green Mountain Grill/Smoker added extra flavor along with their Green Mountain “Sizzle Seasoning… |
