Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees

- F. Coat an 8-inch-round baking dish with cooking spray.In a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a medium bowl, beat together egg, milk, and butter. Add egg mixture and sour cream to flour mixture. Stir just until blended. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish
