Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cups mixed greens
  • 4 ounce Chicken Tenders (grilled, cut into strips)
  • one Roma tomato (cut)
  • one stalk celery (rinsed, cut)
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • Dressing: 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Grill chicken and cut into strips
  2. In a mixing bowl add mixed greens, tomato, celery, s & P, dressing and toss gently
  3. transfer to a serving bowl add grilled chicken strips and enjoy!
  4. Super light and refreshing salad
  5. Croutons of your choice (I used garlic and parmesan, store bought)
