Chicken Salad Recipe
I needed something quick to throw together today and this was perfect.
Ingredients
- 10 oz can Chicken Breast, shredded
- 4 Tbs Light Mayonaise
- 1/2 Tbs Green Onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Pepper (optional)
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine chicken, mayo, onion and pepper. Serve alone or as a sandwich.
