I love this recipe, cause it is so easy, but it tastes just like homemade. I have made it on several occassions, and no one was the wiser..

Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow cake mix (any kind)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • '1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer and let it blend well, about 5 minutes. Pour into a parchment lined glass cake dish, I use 2 rounds. Make sure and spray the pans before you place parchment paper on bottom, (cut to fit).
  2. Bake at 350, for 35 minutes, insert clean knife to check doneness, if it comes out clean, allow the cake to cool in the pan and frost with chocolate frosting,
