Cabbage and Vegetable Slowcooker Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 cups Cabbage
- 2 cups Kale
- 8 large Carrots
- 1 large Cucumber
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 32 oz carton vegetable broth
- OPTIONAL
- cumin
- paprika
- cayenne pepper
- basil leaves
Directions
- add all ingredients to slowcooker and set on low for about 5 hours (until carrots are soft)!
