I love cookies. All cookies. Big cookies. Little cookies. Gooey, chewy cookies and give me a bar cookie and I really feel like I am having a treat. Nothing better than your favorite cookie flavors baked in big rectangle pan and cut into whatever size your heart desires. This recipe is decadent. Dark chocolate, semi sweet chocolate and white chocolate in one neat little treat. Oh heaven help me!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the eggs, softened butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar with a mixer until creamy. Add cocoa powder and mix until it is mixed well. Beat in the salt, baking soda and flour. Fold in the white chocolate chips and the semi sweet chocolate chips. The mixture will be thick. Spoon it into the 9 x 13 inch pan and spread the mixture around until you have it completely and evenly covering the bottom of the pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into 2 x 2 inch pieces. (Serving amounts are roughly based on this size bar).
