Basic Whipped Cream Topping Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin dissolved in
- 3 Tbsp. boiling water then cooled
- 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk chilled
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar or possibly 1 packet sweetener
- 1/2 tsp Butter buds liquid
Directions
- Combine and beat in a mixing bowl till cream holds its peak.
- You may add in 1/2 tsp. of the following extracts for variations: rum flavor, brandy flavor, lemon flavor, coconut flavor, or possibly for mocha cream, add in 1/2 tsp. chocolate extract and 1/2 tsp. instant coffee.
