Baked Citrus Halibut with Tropical Fruit Recipe
Absolutely my newest recipe and the family loved it-I couldn't wait to share it with YOU!
Ingredients
- 4- (4-6 ounce weight) Halibut Fillets-I but mine from the Seafood Market
- One lemon juice only
- One lime juice only
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- one kiwi (peeled) chunked
- 2 fresh pineapple rings, chunked
- 1/4 cup fresh hulled strawberries, cut
Directions
- Pre Heat oven 375 F
- using a non stick baking dish add lemon juice, lime juice and melted butter, stir with a rubber spatula to mix, lay the Halibut Fillets in a single layer, Place into the oven and bake for 12 minutes or until fillet flake
- In a mixing bowl add tropical fruits and stir gently
- Plate Baked Citrus Halibut, spoon fruit medley and enjoy!
