Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.Put butter in casserole dish in oven till melted.
  2. Put together flour, lowfat milk and sugar to make thin batter. Pour batter over melted butter. Pour peaches over batter.
  3. Bake till golden. Batter will rise up over edge of peaches creating a brown crust. (Can use any fruit desired - apples, peaches, etc.).
