My Favorite Everyday ChiliThere's nothing like a hearty warm bowl of chili. My son loves chili and loves scooping it with tortilla chips. I know some people serve chili over rice or pasta but I am a chili purist. Just chili in the bowl and a nice piece of italian bread. Mexican Style Beef Stew (Crockpot)This is a nice spicy change from your everyday beef stew. You can spice it up more if you like. My son loves to eat it with tortilla chips and some cornbread.
