- Large eggs
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- Freshly grnd pepper
- 1 c. very fine stale white bread crumbs
