The Best Chocolate Cake In The World Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding mix
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 T melted butter
- 1 (12 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 stick sweet butter, barely softened
- 3 med. strawberries (more if desired it pinker)
Directions
- In a large bowl, add in ingredients in order listed and mix together very well. Put into a well-greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min. Leave in pan for 10 min before turning onto cake plate.Drizzle your favorite chocolate icing on top or possibly sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
- This is a delicious cake, good for school affairs. Frost with strawberry icing.
- Hand beat the butter, then gradually add in the sugar, using a hand-held electric mixer and add in the strawberries. When it is blended (don't over beat), frost the cake. Makes 2 batches if you need to double it.
