Tex Mex Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. self rising cornmeal
- 1/2 c. self rising flour
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Dash warm Texas Pete sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
