Tamale Balls Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 1/4 c. corn meal
- 3/4 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine and mix well. Form into small balls. Place in following sauce for 2 hrs.
