• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon white ginger
• Nuggets:
• 2 tablespoons expeller-pressed coconut oil
• 1/4 cup tapioca or arrowroot starch
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• Slurry:
• 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
• 1 tablespoon cold water
• Garnishes:
• 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
• 2 green onions, sliced
