Directions

  1. In large bowl cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs & vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours ( or overnight ).
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Use floured cookie cutters to cut out shapes. Place cookies 1 inch apart on a untreated cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 6-8 mins in preheated oven.
