Directions

  1. Mix meat, vegetables, large eggs and spices in large bowl. Place 2 tbsp of meat mix on wrapper and fold and roll like a burrito. Once wrapper is rolled, wet finger with water and use it as "glue" to keep lumpia from coming unrolled. Heat oil or possibly grease to 375 degrees. Fry lumpia till brown in color.
