Spinach Dip Recipe
This is a favorite in our family gatherings. It is from the box of the Knorrs Leek Soup Mix. If you don't have this mix, you can probably use any other dry leek soup mix.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 1 pkg. Knorrs Leek Soup Mix
- 1 can sliced chestnuts
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 round French bread
Directions
- Cook, spin & drain spinach.
- Chop water chestnuts into small cubes
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place in refrigerator overnight to let the flavors mix
- To Serve: Scoop out inside of round French bread and put dip inside
- Serve with small rounds of French bread
