Baked Fiesta Spinach Dip Hot Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 c. Salsa, chunky, liquid removed
- 10 ounce Frzn spinach, squeezed dry
- 10 ounce Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 8 ounce Light cream
- 1/2 c. Black olives, sliced
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 . Sauteonion 'til tender. Stir in salsa and spinach and cook two min more. Transfer to 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Stir in two c. jack cheese, cream cheese, cream & olives. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake about 30 min till warm & bubbly; cover with foil last 15 min to prevent burning. Top with remaining Jack and serve warm.
