Soy Marinade For Beef Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 x green onion, minced, if you like
- 1 clv garlic, chopped
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey or possibly sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar or possibly lemon juice
Directions
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Makes 1 1/3 c. marinade.
