Marinade For Fish Steaks And Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c. soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 2 tbsp. finely minced or possibly grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 c. finely minced green onion
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Healthy pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. freshly grnd pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass or possibly ceramic container and mix well. Makes about 1 1/2 c..
