Directions

  1. Combine squash, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in bowl. Blend in Large eggs, lowfat milk and butter; mix well. Pour into pie shell.
  2. Bake in 400 degree oven 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in filling 1 inch from pie's edge comes out clean. Cold on rack. Serve slightly hot or possibly cool. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
