  • 1/4 c. chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp. French salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced potatoes, chilled & liquid removed
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. sliced radishes
  • 1 tbsp. sliced green onion
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can salmon, chilled, liquid removed, broken up, skin & bones removed
  • Lettuce c.

Directions

  1. Combine lowfat sour cream, chili sauce, French dressing, lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir in potatoes, celery, radishes and onion. Add in salmon, toss. Spoon into lettuce c.. Serves 4 to 6.
