  • 3 to 4 Sundried Tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 Strips Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 50 g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 


  • ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • A few Shakes of Chili Flakes
  • Some Black Pepper
  • A Pinch of Sea Salt, or to taste
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

  • Muffin Pan, or Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
