Directions

  1. Pumpkin grate.
  2. Sift flour.
  3. Add yogurt, eggs, salt, sugar. Pour yogurt, preremeshat.
  4. Add to the pumpkin batter and mix well.
  5. Heat pan with oil. Spoon pancakes into the pan to spread, even trim edges.
  6. Fry fritters pumpkin over low heat on both sides until cooked, gently turning over their shoulder blade.
  7. Serve with sour cream.
